The vast majority of Halal does not appear to provide ANY reference to provenance. However, google organic Halal and there are some isolated options, for example:

Personally, I'm not a fan of halal slaughter without stunning the animals first and the avoidance of blood doesn't make sense to me, because it is so nutritious, look at East African tribes for example, that live from dairy and blood.
Thank you so much for your super speedy response and the links, it's soooo appreciated 👍👍
Like you, I too am not a fan of halal either and for the very same reasons as you. It's the first time a client's explained that their meat must be halal meat, so I have been searching.
However, I didn't realise there was an avoidance of blood in their diet! I need to research further.
Thank you so much again x
Hi I order my meat from Saffron Alley, there is also Hill farm and both offer halal, grass fed, organic meat and other products.
If you want to know more about the absence of blood etc you can search for answers on Islam Q&A. Bare in mind there is loads of nuance in interpretation and scholars etc
As for non-stunning: with my limited knowledge I would guess this is based on traditions of animal slaughter, theres a wonderful article on Sally's blog about traditional animal sacrifice that may help answer your questions too.
Kind Regards,

Thank you Rita for your contribution and sorry for taking so long to moderate your post.
I think this is the article by Sally that you referred to? A difficult topic I think we all struggle with.
