If your bank has rejected payments it could be because you registered before Monday 15th February 2021, when the website was updated to include Address Verification (AVS). Transactions without address verification remain secure, so there is no reason to be concerned, but banks can flag them as suspicious.
To add Address Verification or if your card has expired, log in, then click on My Account and follow the instructions on that page.
