Chris Masterjohn, PhD earned his PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut in 2012. From 2012 to 2014 he served as a postdoctoral research association in the Comparative Biosciences department of the College of Veterinary Medicina at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and then served from 2014 to 2016 as Asssistant Professor of Health and Nutrition Sciences at Brooklyn College, part of the City University of New York.
