Sylvia is an expert on Slovenian food and wine. In this talk she delivered an entertaining, inspiring and useful overview of the culinary regions, key characteristics of the food and cuisine and sources for cooking books and ideas for travel in and sourcing foods from the country. The talk is based on her experiencing organising food tours in the country.
We were also delighted to be joined by the Slovenian Ambassador, Tadej Rupei, who provided an introduction and the Embassy sponsored the event.
