Headline issues:
- Parents retain parental responsibility over informed consent process until the child is 18 because under 18's to not have capacity to litigate. This applies for all vaccines.
- Informed consent can be challenged in the courts
- Gillick competency should not apply due to 2004 clinical trial regulations, therefore Parents should have a right to decide.
