I have a passion to teach and make sure lost information is passed on and practiced, so we no longer find ourselves sick depressed anxious etc…
We have for too long neglected our Microbiome. Our intestinal microbiome determines so much of our health and well-being; these microbes in our gut have been linked to controlling mental health, weight, and even our resistance to dementia.
It is believed we are 10-1 bacteria to cells so lets get nurturing our bodies with wonderful prebiotic and probiotic wholefoods (maintaining synergy with wholefoods) which can be done for a few pounds (£).
I have another course running on 24 June (check the events page) and I though folks might like to hold discussions or ask questions on this page and we could learn and encourage each other.
Has anyone made any fermented foods or drinks. Have you noticed any reaction from consuming these homemade products. How are folks coping with the continual making of kefir. Anyone made a cheesecake?
