The Kent Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation have a stall that will be promoting traditional foods at Food Feast South East.
There will be a cookery demonstrations, talks about herbal medicine, traditional foods for sale and magazines/leaflets.

10am How to make Liver Pate – a Traditional, Sacred, Superfood
12pm How to Use Everyday Herbs for Cooking & Medicinal Purposes
2pm Introduction to the 7 principles of Traditional/Health Giving Foods as Discovered by Weston A Price
4pm Demonstration of How to Make Muesli ( and to make it more Digestible as Traditional People did.
